Mini Dessert Bar, Temple Beth El - Casino Royale/Parent Mixer

My grandson Noah's (the little guy above) school, Temple Beth El was having their Casino Royale/Parent Mixer that included food, casino tables, black jack, craps, roulette and a silent auction. This fundraiser was a fun way of donating my mini dessert table and I enjoyed it! The desserts were a hit and everyone raved about all the flavors of the chocolate cake truffles: lemon, red velvet, dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate! Noah's parents were in attendance (pictured above) and my daughter, Andrea is my newest chocolate cake truffle spokesperson!

This is a mini rich white chocolate cheesecake with a surprise fresh raspberry baked inside, laced with dulce de leche and topped with a fresh raspberry and all dressed up in her little red/white polka dot liner! It scream summer dessert!

The unexpected Dessert before Dinner!..Sara's Wedding at SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills

Such a gorgeous ballroom at the SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills, the location of Sara's wedding reception. The bride requested for her guests, the unexpected "Dessert before Dinner". Ms. Chocolat's "Here comes the Bride" cake truffle on-a-stick for her 200 guests. White cake with white buttercream bathed in white chocolate with fuchsia design and a personalized flag with the bride and groom's names and special quote.
